《The Ember Guardian》发生在已经濒临毁灭的混乱世界，玩家需要竭尽全力的活下去，为了保护精神支柱 Ember，需要度过艰难的黑夜，天黑后会有大量的敌人袭来，只有生存下去才能迎接第二天的光明。
